Mrs. Messina took control of everything needed to prepare our home to sell for a price we hoped for and fast! We were hesitant to start the selling process until after our preplanned vacation that had us out of the country, but her confidence during our introduction meeting had us feeling ready. She was prepared with everything needed to get our home looking best and up to her impressive standards. She provided us with all resources needed and had our home looking like a home from a magazine. We were impressed with how beautiful our home looked for it's first showing. She had an amazing photographer that took daytime/twilight and arial photos that were released with enough time to be released to get potential buyers excited and eager to see in person.
