Shady Charla is not approachable, she always has excuses for everything! It's always everyone else's fault went things don't go as planned. Has to much on her plate, does not make you feel she has our best interest. Does not answer her calls, only will text when she has time for client. She was always 1 to 2 hours late arriving to meet with us; only 3 times in the 2 month house up for sale. She is only in it for the Pay off day and she paid herself a large amount with our house sale. What was excellent the photographer great pictures of our home!
