Charity totally changed my opinion of Real Estate agents! Very professional! Her expertise was evident throughout the entire process. Being an area native, Charity has excellent knowledge of both properties and local services/amenities. She kept us constantly up to date on all the changes and helped us over every hurdle and through all the “hoops”. She skillfully interpreted the numerous documents and helped us remember all the important deadlines. She was always available and quick to respond to our many questions. The part I appreciate most is that she treated us more like friends than clients. Even brought us pizzas on the day we moved in. I would definitely recommend her to anyone, anytime!
Charity was wonderful!! Her service exceeded all of our expectations. She was very responsive throughout the whole process. We felt like we were being served by a dear friend - not just a mere agent. Her knowledge of the area and people was very helpful to us because we were moving from across the country. Between showings she drove us around the local area. She stood by us through all the problems that arose and was a great encouragement! She sticks with her clients to the very end of the process and we know she lost a new customer in order to be with us during settlement. But she didn't stop there - she provided a gift of a lunch platter to feed our moving crew on moving day - even after the deal had closed. Working with her was a great experience!!! We were so impressed with Charity. She was always cheerful, focused on us and our needs, was patient to answer all of our questions and helped us to understand the processes and all of the paperwork.
