She's like a duck... calm, cool and collected on the outside, but paddling furiously out of sight, working her tail off for her clients. Her confident, calming presence made the whole process less stressful. She was very prepared and did an excellent job marketing our home for a very quick sale, while still getting top dollar for our property. She was very communicative and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Thanks to Charity we also found what will likely be our forever home, but if we decide to sell again, she will be my first call. We couldn't be more pleased.
