Mrs. Charity is top notch in the Real estate business! Her caring, considerate and attentive ways put me right at ease during the first showing that I met her. I explained that I was looking to move from the state that I was currently a resident of, but that I also had a limited budget that I was working with. Mind you, I also told her that I wasn't sure if I was going to relocate to North Carolina or a different state. It didn't matter, she was willing to help. During the search, if we found a home in an area that peaked our interest but she was not quite familiar with it, she researched. Together we worked and found a home that not only fits my current needs, but I may also have the opportunity to expand in the future. For me, she was perfect! She cared, listened and responded in short time to any and every question that I had. No question was stupid, and I had several as I was relocating from a state that was over 500 miles away (ever state does things differently). No request, too much. She answered them all with ease and compassion. I enjoyed my experience with Mrs. Charity so much that I told a friend from back home about her, and expressed that if they ever knew of anyone that was looking to relocate to the Moore, Richmond or Scotland Counties, I had just the realtor for them!!! As this is not my first home purchase, I have learned over the years that many agents listen.... but kinda' have their own agendas, too. Not my gig! Prior to finding Mrs. Charity, I had asked for the assistance of other realtors who had shared listings with me that were either completely out my price range or were in areas that I would have NEVER even ventured the thought of even looking at as I value my life AND theirs. (I thanked both realtors, but quietly moved on.) God saw what I was going through, He heard my prayers and sent me Mrs. Charity. If you're in the market for a home, do NOT hesitate to call Charity Lammonds. She unequivocally will have your best interest at heart!!
