Very knowledgeable, sold my house on the first day she listed it on the market (the offer was actually above my asking price), so she must have a wide market range. She was also very professional, listened to my concerns and inquires, always answered my emails/texts so promptly (even though I realize sometimes I was a pain with all my questions). Great experience working with her. I can't say enough but thank you so very much Charity!! It was a great experience.

I found Charity to be an exceptional listener, a savvy negotiator, responsive, on-time, and sincerely empathetic. To outline my situation, I was looking for a semi-unique commercial property, and Charity was the only realtor who was able to understand what I was looking for. After months of searching on my own, because other realtors were sending me properties that made no sense for my business, I came across one of Charity’s listings.
