Charita helped the reviewer buy this property

I thoroughly enjoyed working with Charita!!

Charita is a very responsive realtor. She listened to make sure she understood my needs, desires and timeline. We saw several homes due to the competitive nature of the market I wanted to live in and she was very accommodating with her schedule and reminded of my needs and desires as we viewed each home. Charita communicated well throughout the entire process. I also enjoy her patience and calm demeanor. Her demeanor made my home buying search she a pleasurable experience. She also used her skills and experience to negotiate favorably on my behalf. I highly recommend Charita for all of your real estate needs.
