We successful closed on the sell of our vintage home in Hurst TX, with the assistance of Realtor - Charisse Fontaine, who was referred to us by a trusted friend. We need the help of a special kind of Realtor since we are currently out of the country and have been for the past seven year. With that said our property needed much attention (TLC) in order to be consider market ready. An agent who could communicate effectively across time zone and time restrains. Charisse not only agreed to take on the responsibility of selling our property and cashing us out, she also to take on the responsibility of personal overseeing the expensive make ready process - from start to finish and at no additional cost (other than the standard real estate commission). Being a well maintained property - but still a vintage property there was a need for updating. Charisse made updating recommendation, met with the contracts, gathered bids, submitted the bids for our approval and ultimately stayed within our make-ready budget of $20,000. As with any make-ready challenges arose along the way, but our agent keep us informed of the problem - offer a choice of solutions and waited for our approval when needed.

Charisse is by far the most knowledgeable, professional realtor I've had the pleasure to work with. She understands the market, communicates incredibly well to sellers, buyers and other realtors. Because of her marketing skills, our house sold in one day above list price! Charisse goes above and beyond. She walked us through every step and answered all our questions. Even though we had bought and sold 2 other homes in the past, things change and Charisse is a real asset to have on your side.
