Charissa, was exellent! She seen how unsure we were and was just so very patient with us. Because we lived out of state, I was very pleased with her communication skills. Charissa, she is a very uplifting person. Sometimes when we couldn't see it, her professionalism just insured us " that your going to be fine." We were so blessed to have her as our agent and would recommend her to anyone looking for a home.
