In 2014, Charis, her husband, and their two sons moved to Steamboat Springs to be near Charis' family and enjoy life in this idyllic mountain town. That move was a dream-come-true. Since 2015, Charis has been living another dream-come-true by teaming up with her mom, Cindy MacGray, to help connect people with the mountain lifestyle that she loves so much.
Charis’ main focus is in the new construction and development side of their business. She enjoys and excels in working closely on projects with the builder/developer, the building team, and the clients from start to finish. Charis appreciates that buying or selling a home is much more than a transaction–it’s often a major life event. Few things give her more satisfaction than knowing that a client has had a great experience–not just with the final product, but every step along the way.
