I was in the market looking to purchase my new home and Ms. Rivera was easy to get in contact with, she was available when I needed her, very well knowledge on the housing market and trends, and was very dedicated to me and my family until the end of me finding my forever home. Ms. Rivera to me exemplifies more than just a realtor. She was family throughout the whole process and remained family at the end of the process. One of my great memories of the whole process with Ms. Rivera is her knowing exactly what I was looking for, and if I was unavailable to view a property, she would still go take pictures and videos to send me. That goes to show you how much I trust her judgment in helping me find my forever home. At times when I got discouraged, she still held a torch and reminded me that we will find my home and obviously we did.

Let's just start by saying that Chari pretty much hired us on the spot as her clients, and not the other way around! We met her at an open house she was hosting, and without hesitation, she offered her knowledge and experience to help us find our home - and that was her MO from there on. She was always very responsive, quick when we found a home we liked, creative and knowledgeable to make our offers appealing to sellers in a very competitive market, and very assertive when it came to her guidance. We found our home - and sellers accepted our offer- with her help and we are happy to have found her! She also has a great network, which is a great added value these days.
