Chantel is a true professional! We’ve been working with her over the year with our move from WA to TX. We didn’t get to do too many in-person showings and yet she still made it easy for us. She took the extra step by sending other listings that she knew were good potential outside of our search criteria. Which, that’s what we ended up with! If it wasn’t for her, we wouldn’t have found this home! She also kept all parties informed. Knowing that we were out of state, she helped with walkthroughs and even took photos to ensure items were completed for us. If there were concerns, she would immediately addressed. Chantel never left us hanging on communication. She always responded to our texts and emails. It always felt like we were her priority. Which really does goes a long way. She was always available and attentive with any questions we may have had. And throughout the process she went the extra mile, with great staging tips, beautiful photos of our home, a great open house and all in all made the entire selling process very seamless.
