I have purchased 3 homes and sold 2 before I met Chantel and her team. I had good realtors to work with before working with Chantel but she is by far the best realtor I have worked with. She is experienced in every type of situation. This sale was under a conservatorship which requires court approval. Chantel worked extremely hard to get us the best price possible. She was easy to work with and guided us along smoothly through the sale. I would recommend her highly and look forward to working with her again.
Two words describe Chantel: knowledgable & tenacious. She will go that proverbial 'extra mile' & is persistent in tracking down why parts of the selling process are not going smoothly. She will keep sellers & buyers on track. She shares her extensive knowledge, from continually keeping herself updated on the newest real estate information, with her client. She guided us through the selling process & was available for any question, at any time. I'm not sure when she sleeps, she's that dedicated to providing exemplary service. I can't say enough good things about Chantel Henson and Betty Springer. I do not live in the county of the home that I had to sell and it was a difficult process. There was an eviction, and the house was left in a mess. Chantel kept in constant contact with me and a relative in Salinas. She calmed me down in many instances. If the relative was not able to do the work she found someone to get it done. She went above and beyound to keep me informed and work everything out. If I could rate her higher than a five I certainly would. She is 5+++++++
