Chantel is SUCH a gem of a realtor. As first time home buyers we were completely clueless to the real estate process - she held our hands the entire way, responded to late night anxious texts when we needed her and answered every little question we could think of (and also things we hadn't thought of). She is an absolute expert - she knows Golden and the surrounding areas and wasn't afraid to tell us when a property was overpriced. She was committed to us throughout the contract process and it always felt like she was on our team. Our funding went down to the wire and she was with us every step of the way trying to move the process forward - in the end we were able to close on time (under 1 month!) and get the house of our dreams. There is no doubt that Chantel will be our realtor for life and we would recommend her to ANYONE looking to buy or sell their house.
