As a first time homebuyer the whole home buying/finding seemed pretty intimidating. Chantel is so very awesome. She went above and beyond to make sure when we did find a home that we loved, we looked for everything to ensure it was a smart buy.I highly recommend that if you want to have a realtor who is more focused on seeing you happy over everything you go with Chantel. There was never a time she was not available to answer questions. Even for our final walk-through she got there early to ensure everything was working correctly for us.I would give her 10 stars if I could.

Chantel had all the answers to all of the questions we had. Even when a random question about a house would pop into my head at night I would text her and she’d always immediately respond. She made the entire process so much easier and went above and beyond to make sure that the property we chose was a good decision. She walked us through what we should look for and was super flexible with times we could go look at properties. I would recommend Chantel to anyone who wishes to have their home search experience handled with care especially for any first time homebuyers. We closed today and she even helped my boyfriend and I take cute closing pictures. I could go on and on all day about just how wonderful she is.

My girlfriend and I have been looking for a house since last Fall. We had a not-so-great experience with our last realtor, and because of the market we paused our search in January and were told to wait until March to start looking again. With that said, we decided to change our realtor after another month with no luck. We were referred to Chantel and could not be happier. Within 2 months we not only saw the house we wanted but are now moving into it. Chantel is very responsive, communicates well, and is amazingly helpful. She answered any and all questions we had, explained everything thoroughly, and was just great with this entire experience - we can't praise her enough. We only wish we had worked with her sooner (:
