Chantea Bejarano delivered! It was a long and vigorous process for all of us involved, ultimately being a 3 year process to find our dream home. My fiancé and I underwent job relocation, promotions, and budget increases. We went under contract on a few properties, only to find out that they were not the one for us, ultimately withdrawing our contract. Others fell through, we were outbid on some, we lost our loan one week before closing, and the day we closed on our loan the Federal Reserve Bank crashed and we didn't get the keys :/ Literally anything that could have happened, happened to us. Chantea was there for every step of it, and made us feel that way too. It didn't matter if it was cold outside, it was the crack of dawn or dinner time. She knew that the market was in it's prime and the home buying process is a time sensitive matter. Chantea stepped up when we asked her the toughest question of her career for the third time that day. She stayed consistent, did the research, and fought to deliver the best professional help you could hope for, all with a positive attitude. I want to make clear that it most certainly was not Chaetae's fault that our journey was so long. We, her clients, take full responsibility. We weren't initially as ready as we thought. We hadn't saved enough for where we wanted to be (Downtown Denver). It was our first time and we are also first generation. We had a lot to learn. We had to jump through hoops in our personal lives to make our dream a reality. When we were ready, despite all the hiccups that life through our way, Chantea took us to the finish line.
