Chani was referred to me through a mortgage broker that I was referred to by an appraiser I was referred to by a close friend. I'm glad it worked out that way or else I'm not sure how I would have met Chani. I'm a young guy and this was my first home buying experience. I've never been one to spend months and months making a decision and due to my work, I tend to make up my mind and go with it. What I appreciate most about Chani was her ability to come through on basically everything I asked of her. She's clearly been doing this for a while and knew the ins and outs of the entire process from beginning to end. I was able to find and excellent first home, get approved, have my offer accepted, get past inspections, and close within about 1-1.5 months total. A side perk of working with Chani is also the extensive networks of interior designers, handymen, etc. that she knows to make me feel more comfortable w/ the purchase. Chani is a great realtor! She goes above and beyond! We had to move out of state quicker than anticipated and she coordinated with a plumbing contractor to have the water heater replaced. She also recommended an hvac person to service the AC! She has your best interests as her top priorty!! Highly recommend her for your buying or selling needs!
