We decided to kick the tires on a home upgrade around December 2019. We had only been in our 2 BR townhouse for two years and had no idea if we could make enough money on the sale to justify a move. We had heard great things about Chanell from a family member and gave her a shot. Needless to say, she did not disappoint. From the second she walked into our former home to the day we closed on our new one, Chanell was professional, friendly, and full of creative solutions. Like most things in life, we were thrown a variety of curveballs throughout the process but Chanell dealt with all of them, collaborating with us on solutions when appropriate. We listed Feb 7, went into contract Feb 18, had an accepted offer on our new place Feb 20, and the rest is history. Thanks to Chanell, we sold over asking price and purchased our new home significantly under. Chanell was truly amazing during the whole house search and buying process. There were times when I thought I was going to pull all of my hair out and she reassured me everything would be ok. Even through the daunting waiting period of escrow and paperwork being finalized, Chanell kept reassuring me we were on the right track and giving me updates. At the end of the day, Chanell did an amazing job and I ended up not coming out of pocket any money for the house! WHAT?! That’s right! The money I put down, came right back to me!
