Chanel is diligent, friendly, considerate, and very helpful. I said what I was looking for and the price range. Within a week, she found and showed me three places that fit. We decided on the third one and got to work on the process. She went above and beyond what was ever expected to help smooth the process. Other realtors were contacting me to get me to deal with them, but as soon as they heard Chanel was on it, they tapped out and said, “Oh, yeah, Chanel’s really good!” And they stopped calling. I guess she already had a reputation for being the best in town.
