I contacted Chandria because she came highly recommended by a friend. She came to our first meeting enthusiastic and well prepared, and every interaction I had with her after that was the same. She arranged for the staging and photographs and gave me good critical advice on finishing the house. She listed my house in May 2017. Within 6 days, we received multiple offers. She literally priced my home just right! The process went very well and all of the offers were at or above asking price - a dream come true. The closing date was June 30, 2017. I can’t wait to work with her again!
