My fiancé and I started looking for our first home in the fall of 2016. Houses were going extremely fast at this time. She helped us win the bid on a house we were very interested in. We decided not to go through with it after the inspection. About a month later, we found the perfect house. About 4 to 6 bids went in, and we won the bid for this house as well!
