The buyer came into an open house so they became both the seller’s agent and buyer’s agent. However they fairly represented both sides. In fact we both came out feeling like winners. The buyer was very excited to get the home and we were excited to have a buyer who is interested in making the house a home and being part of a neighborhood. It is a lot to get done in just over a month from meeting them to closing on the property — lots of emails and texts but they would call us or meet us when we needed a little more encouragement or clarification. Chandler is great! She is knowledgeable of the market, works with a great team, and is professional. She is also personable, good-natured, and easy to get along with. I could see myself being friends with her outside of being my realtor! Overall I highly recommend her as a real estate agent.
