Chance Hunt

I contacted Chance directly regarding the property listing. I got a quick response and scheduled the showing. He knew more than I expected about the property and immediately after the showing we went to his office and wrote the offer that was ultimately accepted. Chance kept in contact with me as well as the mortgage company throughout the process. My mortgage company proved to be "difficult" but he kept on top of things. The mortgage company caused numerous delays but Chance was there throughout the long process. He did an exceptional job of keeping me aware of what was going on and communication between the sellers and me was always prompt. He went above and beyond on many occasions. I wish working with people in general was as simple and as great as it was with him. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a place. Patient, friendly, helpful, confident, professional and knowledgeable are all words I use to describe him.
