My rental home had been a rental property for 5 yrs. What a nightmare I went through? I didn't have the best luck with tenants and made the ultimate decision to sell the property. My last tenant I had left the house a mess after a week of cleaning 10 hours a day this was not enough to get the smoke smell out of the house. (Tenant was not supposed to be smoking in it.) Chance went out of her way to come to the property and help try to get the smell out of the house. Once the house smelled better we were finally getting people in to look at the house.
