Moving to a brand new area, we were very intimidated at the prospect of purchasing our first home. Chance was recommended to us by a close friend who has an equally high opinion of him - we have had nothing but positive interactions and can not praise him enough for a job well done. We found Chance to be extremely professional, flexible (military stationed overseas), honest, and put us at ease throughout the entire process with his obvious extensive knowledge and experience of the home buying process here in Utah. He was willing to complete multiple Skype walk-throughs at all hours of the day and even on short notice. He provided us with honest feedback and we were able to trust him completely throughout the process - he was never pushy, but rather very patient, and attentive to our desires and seemingly ever changing requests. For anyone searching for an honest, level headed, true professional, we highly recommend working with Chance.
