Chance did an excellent job from start to finish. Helping us through the entire process. Going above and beyond on many occasion to help us sell our home.

Chance is hands down the best around! He walked us through step by step on selling our house and made it so easy. He is also currently helping us build our dream home as well. I don't know what we would do without him. He has so much knowledge in the industry and his resourcefulness and Go-Getter attitude is what gets the job done. He responds to every email promptly and I wouldn't trust anyone else around!

I was contemplating selling my home myself but my daughter and her husband had just purchased a home with his help after faithfully looking for them over 2 years and I knew he was committed to his clients. But what impressed me most was his temperament...likable, patient, down-to-earth and honest. He followed through before and after the sale diligently displaying a superior work ethic and excellent communication with immediate responses to texts and calls. I had 2 offers on the 3rd day of my listing and his guidance through that process was excellent.
