This is the third house Chance has sold for us that should tell you how impressed we were with him. If we need to sell or buy another house it's a no-brainer who we use. We need to sign some paper work on our last house sale and Chance come to our house on a Sunday. Every part of the process from paper work, prepping the house for viewing and even working with our renters was handled by Chance and his team.
