Chance was exceptional from start to finish. From sitting in our dining room with us going over every detail of what to expect from the selling process, to assuring us that our house would be under contract in three days, he priced it just right and had the most amazing professional photographs taken. He even offered to help me stage the house for the photos. Well he didn’t have our house under contract in three days as promised, he had it under contract in 3 HOURS!
