I was provided two different realtors to choose from after each performed a broker market analysis on my home that I would be listing as part of my relocation. Chana was incredibly personable from the first time I met her, as well as very caring and understanding of my situation. I selected her for this reason, including that she wasn't at all pushy about my personal requests regarding the sale of my home (e.g. wanting to wait to list my home until I'd moved out of it). She was also very professional and knowledgeable (I appreciated the inclusion of her resume with the paperwork she brought on her first visit), she explained things thoroughly, and even set up necessary appointments for me since I was no longer located in the state of Florida (house cleaning, roofer). Chana made the entire process very easy and as stress-free as possible, which was immensely helpful considering my own personal circumstances. I would definitely recommend Chana as a realtor, especially for those requiring a realtor who specializes in relocations.

Chana Newport was agreeable, personable, motivated, and cooperative. Agreeable to booking open houses, personable to the sometimes difficult HOA board members, motivated to list our house immediately and at a higher than building average amount, and cooperative in finding comps other than in our building. In tune to our likes and dislikes and was sure to set up a good amount of houses for our house hunting. Chana provided all the needed information on each house, was quick to put in our offers and quick to get responses back. She even provided information on where to go get power to our house, water, home warranty information. She is very organized and diligent when it comes to arranging viewings and is willing to go the extra mile to meet your schedule needs. Chana is friendly and very approachable and has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to traditional listings as well as the foreclosure process. She is very professional and strives to keep you informed at every step of the process until the deal is done. She stays on top of things during the entire transaction. Chana Newport is amazing. Her attention to detail, determination, and knowledge have resulted in many successful real estate deals for us. She will meet with a client early or late in the day, and on weekends and holidays. She answers all questions. She researches every house in our price range and provides us with comps for every house. She gets us to houses for sale the day -even the hour - they go on the market. She goes over all the paperwork to make sure everything is correct. She helps us find a fair price for the purchase and sale of every house. I recommend her highly.
