We found Chalice through our bank, and immediately she was attentive, professional, caring, understanding, realistic and honest with us. She helped us find the perfect first home for our family. And since it was still being built, she was on top of the builders and had them finish before the original date given. We also closed ahead of schedule. She was with us every step of the way and helped since we were first-time buyers. It was an amazing experience and she even checked up on our family periodically after. So then when it came time to move, it was a no-brainer as to who we’d get to help us sell! And of course she didn’t fail us! We closed ahead of schedule again, and the process was smooth. It’s always a pleasure working with Chalice! She’s hard working, informative, and she works for you! Our family will miss her and it was bitter sweet to finally leave Texas! We wish we could bring Chalice with us!
