Chad was a wonderful realtor. He was very responsive and on top of everything while also always giving us space to look and decide on our home. Never felt like I was working with a salesperson, he was very down to earth. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. We also had his associate, David Owenby, show us a home. He came very prepared with information on the lot and was very patient as we looked it all over.
