Chad is extremely down to earth and easy to work with. I met quite a few agents before we decided to work with Chad. One thing I appreciate about him is that he doesnt have that typical salesperson vibe. We were buying our first home when the market was extremely hot and I never felt like we missed out on seeing anything. He was always quick to respond to emails and schedule showings. He helped my folks recently purchase a home as well and they also enjoyed working with him. Would definitely use Chad again in the future.

I am so much lucky in find Chad! We was moving from Brazil to USA an he makes all the infinity process and confusing things for us feel so simple!
