Chad Wiedmeyer

Chad is extremely down to earth and easy to work with. I met quite a few agents before we decided to work with Chad. One thing I appreciate about him is that he doesnt have that typical salesperson vibe. We were buying our first home when the market was extremely hot and I never felt like we missed out on seeing anything. He was always quick to respond to emails and schedule showings. He helped my folks recently purchase a home as well and they also enjoyed working with him. Would definitely use Chad again in the future.

I am so much lucky in find Chad! We was moving from Brazil to USA an he makes all the infinity process and confusing things for us feel so simple! He take care of all the details and never complain about work hard, even on Sunday's for our house hunting! I am sure that our happiness house it's because of his work! And we are good friends today!
