I would highly recommend chad vogt when buying a house. He gets right to the point if it's worth it or not. I would highly recommend Chad as a realitor, he knows the area and does not try and pressure you into buying something that is not meant for you. He answers calls/texts promptly and if he doesn’t have an answer to a question he finds it for you.
