As a first time home buyer closing at the end of 2025, I was skeptical of just about everything going into the market. I was introduced to Chad by a friend who spoke nothing but high praises and now I honestly see why. Chad sits down with you and explains the whole process so you’re not going in blind. Then he’s present and going to bat for you at every inspection, negotiation, and signing giving you suggestions he would take if he was buying the house himself. He’s chill and personable and takes care of most of the unneeded stress in buying while ensuring you know what’s going on and why. I’d definitely recommend to a friend/family. His processor Heidi was super cool and helpful too!
