Our realtor, Chad A. Vaughan, was amazing! We started our home search in the Orlando area due to a job relocation, initially looking at existing builds near downtown. We quickly realized the value wasn’t there for our needs and began exploring new construction communities on YouTube to get a better feel for the surrounding areas. Our first visit was with M/I Homes at Center Lake Ranch, and while we liked the spec homes, we wanted to do our due diligence. Chad guided us through six additional builders with similar offerings, always patient and supportive, until we ultimately circled back to our first choice. Throughout the process, Chad was incredibly responsive, gave us space when we needed it, set up appointments seamlessly and negotiated builder incentives to our benefit.
