We recently moved to the Orlando area to be closer to our family! With the help of Chad we found the perfect home in Mt. Dora! We couldn't have walked through this new home purchase without him. He helped us find an amazing home which will be the backdrop for many family times to come. As with every home purchase, there is lots to keep track of! Chad helped by walking us through every stage of the process, sending us reminders and checklists to make sure we didn't miss a thing. Every step of the way, he provided clarity and transparency through the whole process. He was always available for questions, answered quickly and with great information! There is so much to navigate, and having him working with us, helped take so much of the stress off our shoulders. We definitely felt like he was walking with us through the whole thing and he was honestly excited for us and with us! We are now in our beautiful home....enjoying it so much, and close to our kids!
