Chad Tyner was a true professional throughout the purchase process of our home. We purchased our home while living in Colorado. We were a bit apprehensive about purchasing a home out of state, however Chad put our minds at ease. He went above and beyond by doing multiple virtual showings and always being available to answer our questions and concerns. He provided us with a list of contractors for inspections and met them at the property for us. Once we purchased the property, he also provided a list of utility companies and offered to help get things set up for us as well. We really appreciate everything Chad did for us as our realtor, and now we are equally excited to have Chad as our neighbor and friend!
