Chad Trapp

I had moved to Chattanooga in April of 2018, I rented at first, for about 4 months, decided I wanted to buy. I found one of Chad’s Facebook posts on a house and met him and person to explain my situation. We went at finding a house for me for I’d say 2 months. He had stuck with me the entire time and was always eager to show me the next one. I finally had found the one and the search was over!! Chad had made this process very painless in consideration this was my first house. Would 10/10 recommend this helpful guy right here!

My wife and I used Chad to sell our home in Ooltewah, TN, and we have only good things to say about him. He came to our first meeting enthusiastic, organized and well-prepared, and those qualities all continued throughout the entire sales process. He recommended and engaged a professional photographer to come take pictures and a virtual tour of the house, he held an open-house, and, because we were selling from afar, he personally dealt with the contractors we hired to fix a couple of things. He kept us apprised of showings, comments, and suggestions, and if we called him with questions, he was always quick to respond. In the end, he found the perfect buyers for our home, helped us through the negotiation phase, and the closing went smoothly. Chad was the best realtor I’ve ever worked with and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor in the Chattanooga, North-Georgia area.
