Chad Tipton is a very professional and hard working Realtor. This is not the case for ALL brokers. I came looking for an agent the morning of December 26th, 2019 after being left in the dark by our previous agent. I figured if a Realtor is working on December 26th at the office, a day after Christmas, they would have the dedication and strong work ethics our previous agent lacked. I poked my head into the window of Metro Brokers and Chad welcome me in. We initially placed our property on the market for rent and later decided to put it up for sale. Chad work restlessly and endured all of the challenges the Covid19 pandemic caused. Regardless of the obstacles, he persevered and were able to sell our home to a very excited family. In all of this, Chad managed our property and watched through the entire sale as we lived in another state. We successfully completed the sale from another state.
