I highly recommend using your place realty over any other realtor out there. We reached out to Chad directly after we got an awful contract from a big chain realtor office. And that same day, after never talking to him before, he took an hour or so out of his time to read through the entire contract that was written for us by the chain realtor, and he helped point out all the real scummy and unfair stuff they put in there, and helped put us in a more comfortable ideal set about what we should look out for. Next day we asked him to take over as our realtor, as we hadn't signed the previous contract yet. We couldn't have made a better decision, Chad from the beginning had been super upfront about how the process works, what we should do, look for, and try to achieve, without being pushy in the slightest. He helped make the process the easiest it could be, whilst being as transparent about everything and anything in the process. When we had a question about the process, he was there to answer it. When we needed help trying to figure out what we needed done to sell, he was there to help. If youre looking for the most down to earth, actual real person there that will actually help YOU, instead of themselves, this is where you need to go. As a personal note, I can't thank Chad and his team enough for what they did for us, and I'm forever thank that I had the chance to work with him.

I am from Ohio and new to the Florida real estate market, and when I contacted Chad about a listing he had and wanting to purchase that property before I was able to physically see it, he was very honest about the listing and the condition and very helpful with sending me videos of the property so I could get a better idea of what the property was like. I wrote a contract on that property and Chad and Lindsey and his team were very prompt and helpful throughout the whole process. He even was able to seek out a good home insurance company to work with and got a reasonable quote for septic tank clean out. I closed the desk over the phone several weeks later and it was seamless. He also overnighted the entire closing documents to my home in Ohio. He was also willing to keep an eye on the place until my arrival on November 1, a month later.
