Chad Stinson

Chad did an amazing job. We were moving to OK from Texas. We came into town three different times looking for houses. He was outstanding to block off a whole day for us each time so that we could look at as many houses as possible. He was patient to let me walk slowly through each house and process all of the thoughts and questions about each house. He was always prompt to return my phone calls and to find out answers from sellers as needed. He also did an amazing job of helping us navigate through the offer process. He made sure to be present at the inspection since we couldn't be in town and it was his experience during negotiations that helped us pay the price we were comfortable in paying for a home. It was a smooth process, thanks to Chad.
