My husband and I just purchased our first home with Chad, and we could not have asked for a better agent! Being new to the Grand Rapids area, we relied heavily upon his knowledge and familiarity with the neighborhoods and surrounding areas. He invested much time into helping us find the right home for our family. Chad truly understood both our needs and desires in a property. He is a person of integrity, he is humble, he is honest, and he is truly concerned with helping people find the right place to live. He did everything he could to make our buying experience as positive as possible. Chad made the time to listen to any questions and concerns we had.
