I hope we never have to move again, but if we do, we will sure be calling Chad again! After our first phone conversation and meeting, I could tell Chad knew exactly what we were looking for. We saw a handful of houses and when we found "the one"...we all knew, including Chad. He worked promptly and was very responsive during the entire process. If there ever was a little snag, Chad took care of it right away. He worked seamlessly with our lender. Not to mention his outstanding knowledge and background in construction as well as his knowledge and expertise of the market.
