Chad was AWESOME, He was up late online when I was answering questions about the different areas and schools in town. We are military and relocating was stressful with 5 kids and 2 dogs and he helped us look forward to our new duty station and made it very easy to buy our first home. He took us all over the town showing us a ton of places and even set up a personal web account to keep track of my choices we wanted to look at prior to even arriving. He was amazing to work with.
