Chad's knowledge of the market is a step above most, from selling my home in CA (for well over asking-more than $68k over asking) to buying our forever home in TN ($18k under asking) Chad has a strong sense of negotiations for sure!! He took care of both transactions and we could not of asked for anything more!!! He handled every little snag along the way, it was just simple and stress free!! It was contingent and with that comes problems, not when Chad is on it!! He is consistent, dependable and cares for his clients!!
