Chad was patient with me during my house search. He was considerate of my budget and looked for the best options within it. He goes the extra mile for his clients!

Chad began working the minute we connected, and worked tirelessly with my property, which required unexpected repairs and important upgrades. Chad always communicated with me, very well, by text, email and phone. He has a very positive outlook on his work, and infuses his work with a delightful sense of humor. He was resourceful and clearly used his Remax team appropriately, as necessary. Altogether he earned an A+ for,his professionalism, diligence and positivity.
