The first time we reached out to him, he responded within minutes (unlike other realtors who didn't respond at all). He answered all of our questions, connected us to premium services (such as his property listing site that is updated more accurately and frequently than Zillow, his network of 5-star lenders, inspectors, etc.), and just generally provided great customer service. Chad is an expert. I would work with him again, and would recommend his services to anyone.
