Chad is always there if we needed any help. He updated us on everything while we were waiting for paperwork to get finalized. He is very accommodating and gave us advise when asked. We highly recommend him!

I cannot say how much I appreciated Chad in our home selling process. We had to move out of state prior to our home selling and Chad kept us informed regularly of what was happening. He went well above and beyond my expectations and was always prompt in responding to my questions. His experience as a photographer also meant we had the PERFECT pictures of our home to bring people to see it. Chad was a great realtor, the only concern we had was the "whats going on" aspect. I understand he's busy and I was in a hurry to sell. During the showing phase an update of each showing, even if it's nothing would be appreciated. Over all he's a great guy and found a seller quickly, at the price we wanted.
