About Chad

Chad is a Rhode Island native and second-generation real estate professional whose passion for the family business developed naturally from an early age. Chad spent his childhood in Westerly gaining valuable insight from his Mother and Father, both of whom have achieved notable careers in real estate and construction. Chad has closely observed and assisted his mother, Lisa Raiche, with closings numerous deals all over RI & CT since 2018. Chad's experience of being raised in an entrepreneurial family as well as frequent moves as a child (he has moved 6 times in his life and is very familiar with the process!) gives him a unique understanding of the challenges that can accompany buying and selling, and propels him to achieve a smooth and enjoyable experience with each of his clients! His affinity for and in-depth knowledge of the Ocean State’s beautiful towns and beaches is invaluable to buyers and sellers alike.
